Program format: Live with supplemental content

Learn acquisition fundamentals and receive objective channel and performance guidance from experts who have done this before.

Growth University is a hybrid live virtual course with pre-recorded supplemental lessons. The typical week has:

  • 1 hour of instructional content for the theme of the week followed by 30 minutes of live Q&A. This content will also be recorded for those who can’t attend live.

  • Expert interviews (live & pre-recorded), case studies, real world examples from fast growing startups.

  • 1 hour of optional office hours with program hosts and supporting team members where you can ask questions about your own company & specific growth goals.

In addition, there is pre-recorded supplemental video and written content that can be consumed outside of the live sessions at your own pace. Actionable assignments each week will be assigned to enforce the learnings. Our expectation is that you’ll spend 2-4 hours per week focusing on these lessons and applying them to your startup.

Introduction to Growth & Financial Modeling

Your financial model forms the basis of what you’ll put your growth model and the rest of your growth efforts into.

Learn the fundamentals of growth and learn how to incorporate growth at your company the right way. This module includes digging into attribution and event tracking, data, and analysis and includes a review of the tools you’ll need to ensure success.

However, retention is hard, making it much less popular than the other elements of growth (like acquisition) that so many people focus on. In this module, we start with a solid overview of what retention means, and how it is used. In this module we’ll cover:
